Formation of a Real Estate

The Real Estate Formation Act guides the formation and registering of real estates and other register units. The Act contains provisions on different forms and procedures of the formation of real estate. Since the beginning of 2019, the formation of real estate on the area of a local detailed plan has been possible to conduct three-dimensionally to the space above and under ground level. Thus the execution of large and multi-level construction projects on local detailed plan areas is simplified by enabling also vertical partition of real estate.
