Site Manager
In any construction work requiring a permit, there must be a person who is responsible for directing the work (site manager). In operations requiring an action permit, there must be a site manager if it is deemed necessary for the safety or health conditions of those using the building or for the protection of scenic and environmental values.
The site manager is responsible for the wholeness and the quality of the work, for directing the construction work and ensuring that work is carried out according to the building provisions and regulations, the permit granted and good building practice.
The site manager ensures that the local building authority is notified upon commending the construction work and that all documentation on the construction site are up to date.
