Incorporation of the Company
It is possible to form a general partnership or a limited partnership without special form requirements but a written partnership agreement is required at latest for the registration of the partnership in the Trade Register. Registration is a condition for starting the business in general and limited partnerships.
In order to incorporate a limited liability company one has to prepare a written memorandum of association and articles of association [1.4.2 Articles of Association] as well as subscribe the shares by signing the memorandum of association.
