Identification and Contact Information of a Company
The Business ID of the company must be mentioned in its letterheads’ and forms. In the letterheads and forms of a limited liability company must also be mentioned company’s registered business name, place of business, address, and possible state of liquidation. In addition to letters relating to legal acts, the requirement also applies to forms, which are used as basis for documents which may form legally binding relations between the parties. The information must be presented in a form which is easily noticeable. In practice it may be useful to provide the information on all the company’s letters and forms, meaning that they can be used as such without requiring a separate accompanying letter. It is not necessary to include the information on envelopes or in advertisements which do not include an order form. Limited liability companies must also mention their Business ID on their webpage.
