Shareholder’s Right to Inspect Documents of the Company

As a main rule a shareholder does not have the right to inspect documents of the company or to obtain copies thereof, with the exception of the shareholder register, the minutes of general meetings of shareholders and documents that in certain situations have separately been stipulated to be available for the shareholders such as material related to annual general meeting, propositions to annual general meeting, annual accounts and material related thereto.
