The Act on Lease of Business Premises is mostly discretionary, in other words, the contracting parties may, with the exception of certain provivions, agree on the content of their lease agreement that deviates from the provisions of the Act. In addition to regular office premises, the object of an agreement concerning lease of business premises may comprise any kind of premises, for instance a large industrial facility, a shop, a warehouse or a garage.
